ATV Adventures
ATV Adventure days will start with the group meeting up on Mylopotas beach where we will head to one of the local bakeries make introductions while getting a coffee or pastry. Following this we will rent our vehicles from our trusted partner (valid driver’s license is required to complete the rental). Once the vehicles are rented, we will drive out as a group to our chosen destination for the day. Destinations are listed with brief explanations below:
Manganari + Neverbay
This 45-minute drive takes us along scenic roads and brilliant viewpoints before arriving at our first stop of Manganari beach for lunch and swimming on the beach that was voted to have some of the clearest water in the world. Afterward we will off-road to the hidden cove, Neverbay where we will explore the caves with snorkels and jump off of small cliffs into the grotto below.
Psathi
​The scenic drive to this beach on the east side of the island is an adventure in itself. A lovely taverna serving all fresh ingredients sits at the top of the hill before the beach where we will have a traditional Greek lunch. Afterwards we will head to the beach which, due to its placement on the island, commonly has rolling waves causing extremely relaxing swimming.
Agia Theodoti
This picturesque beach is perfect for tanning, swimming & relaxing. Sunbeds and tree cover are available for a perfectly tranquil atmosphere. Above the beach on the hill is a classic Greek taverna where we will eat lunch before heading back into town.
Kalamos & Plakes
Before heading out to Kalamos and Plakes we will pick from one of several options for lunch near Mylopotas beach. These beaches are both accessible by dirt road making the journey perfect for our ATVs. They are in close proximity to each other so we will spend some time on both snorkelling and exploring.
Homer's Tomb + Plakatos
Ios is the burial site of the famous poet Homer, author of the Illiad and the Odyssey. This beautiful drive will take us out to the tomb for a brief history lesson. Following this we will head out to Plakatos beach for some lunch swimming and sun tanning.
Koumbara + Erego
Koumbara beach is famous for its calm water where the group will be able to relax and listen to some music. Following some time on the beach we will head up to Erego pool bar to enjoy some cocktails and a gourmet lunch in our private cabana.
